Great experience- the only suggestion is less people handling documents- we had multiple people requesting a document that had already been received and approved but others could not find.
Upon arrival Mrs.Thomas was very Professional & carried herself that way throughout the process. Any questions we had she answered.
Jaciah’s helpfulness made my experience great. There were a couple off hiccups on the underwriters side of things but Jaciah did whatever she could to help make things work out.
