Easy and fast
Great experience- the only suggestion is less people handling documents- we had multiple people requesting a document that had already been received and approved but others could not find.
The whole process was fast and easy.
Asking for docs and information they already had. Not being able to contact anyone directly. No responses to emails. And the title provider (Service Link) was terrible. Nobody could get the deed correct. They sent someone to my house to sign (we took work off) and the documents were completely wrong. The next time, they were still wrong. Service Link does not respond to emails. Good rate, though.

Perhaps before making the tons of calls, read the file, become familiar and be ready to understand any questions the client may have. Re instate the concerns and provide solutions.
