It was very quick and easy process
Everything went great, Darcel was very helpful with all questions and information.

Darcel was great but all other communication and steps of the process were extremely unorganized and stressful. Asked for the same documents over and over and never listened to me when I would explain why I didn’t have what they needed.

Great and easy
The process was wonderful and to the point. I had easy access to my loan officer thru out the entire process.
Everything went smoothly and the loan officer was available to talk over things whenever I need. Thank you for your time and effort.
The final disclosure for closing happened the day before closing, that is fine except our cost to close almost doubled due to an error by PennyMac. There was a deduction calculated that was wrong. We were able to pay the extra cost, but that could have been a huge problem.
