Marcia always answered my calls and PENNYMAC customer service is great and professional. I like that She is knowledgeable and was available when needed.
When trying to get a hold of our loan processor we were sent to a call center and no one was able to answer the questions we had.

PennyMac was pretty straightforward with the information needed for the loan process. I was anxious due to the "situation," but they helped ease some of the anxiety going forward. I have a few issues with some things, but that is my opinion. So, I give them a pretty good recommendation. They helped me to the finish line. Thanks!
