The person I was originally dealing with never told me about the points being charged, I would have liked to see my options to evaluate if it was worth paying points for lower interest rate. By the time I found out about the points being charged interest rates had rose sharply. My loan sat on final reviewer desk fora month, because at one time there was a mobile home on property, that had been removed. Even though the process took longer then expected. Candice Williams communication skills and her ability to emphasize with my frustration regarding the extremely long process made my experience please. As we all know when things don’t go as planned, the fact that an unexpected set back occurred is not what a customer remember, it’s how the company representative assist in the recovery. There was missed information causing the closing to push back multiple times I’m not sure where the ball was dropped in the process but once discovered it was handled in a relatively timely manner.
COMMUNICATION. It was extremely difficult to get in contact with Ashton when we had questions.
Well communication throughout the process, and they were able to match the loan estimate with a better interest rate, awesome team!
