All about your service advisor at Peoria Ford. Shauna is outstanding and she stays on top of things. The amount of time she says it should take is what happens with her. Can't say that about all of the Advisors. It was my first service since purchasing the car so nothing major was done. Car was washed as well when it was returned to me.
