Service manager and technician were very helpful in evaluating what my car needed, and explaining the symptoms' causes, and need for repairs. They were willing to listen and answer all my questions. They made it clear what maintenance was also needed. I think the Ford's service department is going to do more for you and your car than just going to a repair shop and trying to guess, and tell them what you think your car needs.
