We can't say enough about the level of service and communication we get with Peoria Ford. They are trustworthy and get the job done quick.
The service was completed properly within the time limits provided by the service advisor. Exterior car wash was an unexpected plus.

Had diagnostics done on engine oil leak, transmission leak, and engine not starting. Had a fuse / breaker replaced which was causing the starting issue. A $13 part. The part I was not pleased about is paying $59 “shop” fee which brought my total to just under $400.
We always get great customer service. The vehicle is always returned on time when they said clean. Neat all the paperwork done no worries thank you again Peoria Ford.

Tracy was very good and knowledgeable about the product. If I have one criticism about Peoria Ford, it’s that when you pull up the sales people seem like vultures. You haven’t even closed the door to you car and they are trying to talk to you. They should be more like greeters than sales people who act like they haven’t had a sale all day.
We went to Peoria Ford and worked Blakley. He found us an excellent deal on an expedition max. We are very happy with the service we received and will back in the future if we are in the market for another car.
