The service advisor communicated well regarding what was going on. However, they had my vehicle for a week and just had to reprogram the computer. The delay occurred because of the equipment they used did not work correctly, according to the service advisor. They need to address the issue of the equipment not working correctly. It should not take a week to reprogram the computer.
