Brought my 2024 Bronco in without an appointment after noticing cracks on my removable top. Josh Espieg, Service Advisor, was very professional and quickly ascertained the issue and solution. Excellent experience!

It wasn't great. I was there for a recall. I was told the first visit would be to inspect the part to see if replacement was necessary. I was told it would take 2 hrs. When I arrived I was told it could take all day. I took a Lyft home. After inspection I was told the defective part would need to be replaced. They had to order it and it would be in the following Tuesday. They would call to make another appt to put it in. I haven't heard anything yet. Not impressed. It's been over a week.
