No pressure to buy extra stuff. They had recommendations but were not pushy about them and just talked to me about the benefits of what they recommended

This is my 3rd purchase from Peoria Ford. The things I love most are the people and the non-vulture approach they have. In my opinion getting swamped on in a dealership is one of my biggest irritations, and they don't do that here. They are ready to help as soon as you need it but they do a good job of respecting your space.

You asked "can you bring it in this morning". I did but you didn't have my car ready until FIVE DAYS LATER. I feel that is poor customer service to keep my car that long for a recall. Nice people, friendly. Appreciate the free oil change when I registered my complaint.

I went in to pick up a front license plate holder and then went to the service desk to see if it could be installed. I was taken care of and Mike put in the service request and also put in for a computer update that was needed. Tony kept me updated on the time of it being done and I was so pleased they could fit me in. Everyone at Peoria Ford is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It is farther from my home than other Ford dealers, but worth the drive for the service and care I receive.
