Very very, very, very,helpful. He started a Ford recall ordered the parts and will be back to see them when all the parts have arrived and they will install them and we will drive away the way that our car is safe. We have also had an additional recall so they won't be checking to see if the recall will require any work or not, and we will be on our way.
