I had, almost, completely lost faith in Ford. We had been trying to work with Bell Ford and they have been awful for two years now. On a recommendation we went to Peoria Ford and had a great experience. We are helped by Kaleb in the service department and he is very helpful. Just maybe we aren't done with Ford yet.

I took my Maverick in on Wednesday but they didn't even work on it until Monday. It only needed a control module software update, so Peoria Ford did not need to keep my vehicle all that time. So far (knock on wood) it appears that the software update (a recall item) fixed the problem.
