The staff was very professional and courteous with explaining all my options for service of my high mileage vehicle. The time to complete the service was fine. The pricing for service was fair but not aggressively competitive the car wash was not the best after service it was spotty in places and the windows were splashy.

As I said in an "unanswered" email to the GM I thought it was VERY inappropriate after paying $90 for a $45 oil change to add $2.70 to my bill for using my Visa card to pay for your service on top of a $7 or $8.00 add on for fictitious "shop supplies" !!!
