When I called to make an appointment, my service advisor (forgot his name) was understanding my reasoning for the appointment. I waited for the vehicle to be serviced. The waiting area had a snack bar, a coffee machine, a couple of tvs, plenty of seating. When I was informed by my service advisor that the vehicle was ready, he went over everything and made sure I was pleased with the service.
