Martin was the salesman that sold me the Altima. He was very precise and very informative with all information on the car. I had a good understanding of all the features and was very impressed with the vehicle which aided him in selling me this vehicle. The negotiating process became very confusing with all the dealer add on. The wheel locks on Amazon are $25, on the Altima sticker price is $149, they charged me $176. I had my car serviced at Peoria Nissan, an James was our Service writer. I really enjoy working with James he is honest an friendly an doesn't push nor overcharge for the work that needed to be done. I will continue to bring our Altima to Peoria Nissan as long as James is there.
Efficient, well organized, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful Receptionist, Adam, Joseph Mcmurray, Dumitru Baicean and Kevin all deserve a pat on their back. Although I was getting a better deal at Honda fir Honda CRV hybrid 2021, Dimutru and Joseph were very persuasive and ended up selling me Rogue. Joseph was very persistent as my first contact.
James is awesome he cares about customer needs. He’s not fake trying to overcharge you like most service people do. He’s always busy trying to make all his customers happy and I respect that about him.
I leased then purchased my Leaf from this dealership and have brought the car in for service exclusively. My interaction with Paul, service rep was excellent, very courteous and attentive to my needs.
one thing thats great about Peoria Nissan is that Paul W. and the other Service writers have been there for years and know their customers by names and do NOT over sell. GREAT Dealership.
