They estimated my wait time would be 2 plus hours and it was done in less than 2. My service advisor is always very nice & helpfull.

They got the job done. However, the accuracy of the timeline threw us for a loop and left me sitting in the store for hours upon hours. We were told to come pick it up at around noon. I was dropped off and was waiting till well after 5PM before they actually finished it. Now that's a large discrepancy in timing that affected our timeline significantly and affected the people who were waiting on me.
