My overall experience was positive. Word to the wise...check (and screenshot) the advertised online price for the used car you are purchasing. Click on my price today and make a note. They were writing up my contract for $2K more until I questioned them about their advertised price. Once I pointed it out, they adjusted my price and I got the car at their advertised price.

On my recent service, my Service Rep, Art Madera, took my Rogue in immediately and the required service was done while I waited. Art and the Service Department go out of their way to make sure that my Rogue is in top shape when I leave.
