This dealership is highly conscientious of customer service. As soon as you pull into the service area, your agent greets you and is prepared to get you started. Honestly, I didn't even get this type of service from the new BMW dealership in Peoria. I used to have a BMW x5 but turned it in, got in my car, and went to the Nissan dealership and drove off with a new Rogue.
