We went to the Macomb Home Spring Show at Macomb Sports & Expo Center. Absolutely, loved a garage door they had at their display so we scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to our house for a quote. They did an excellent job with replacing our roof. Performance came on the date that they promised and brought a crew to complete the job in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. The new shingles look great.

My experience with Performance Residential Remodeling on my winter roofing project went very well from start to finish. I enjoyed working with the salesman Tad in the quoting phase and Deion, Mike and Julio and crew took good care of me and my property on the installation. They are an efficient, well trained, hard working, and thorough team. I have recommended Performance Residential to my neighbor and I would definitely use them on other home remodeling/improvement projects.

Our experience with Performance has been very good right from the start. The sales rep was knowledgable and able to answer any questions we had. Everything was done in a very timely way, people showed up when scheduled. On the day of installation, they arrived ready to go. I've had Performance out to replace windows 3 times now (different rooms, not because of problems). They do a good job, even in terrible weather they clean up after themselves and don't leave muddy foot prints. They did a fabulous job on a box window in the kitchen over my sink. No leaks, and they left the perfect cut out sized area for the marble shelf I put in. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic siding and trim job. The end result far exceeded our expectations. The install crew, led by Kamal, addedsome extra touches the really made the house stand out. We have many people stop to ask about the job. Very pleased.
