Recommendedwe recently replaced our roof with performance. the salesman was patient and professional. we had a lot of questions and he answered them all. we got quotes from 6 other companies. performance was not the lowest price but it was very close and came with peace of mind. the install went well. everyone was professional and I did not have to pay until we were satisfied. they have called a few times just to make sure we are still satisfied. i would definatly recommend them.

RecommendedI had chosen Performance Residential Remodeling for a few reasons to install my new roof. First was their cost and warranty. I also liked that they were a local owned company in Shelby Township and that the sales person was very thorough, not pushy. Now I'm a single mom and cost is important. Performance Residential had the best payment plan to fit my budget. RecommendedI had my trim, gutters and shutters replaced by performance residential remodeling and I was very pleased on how nice it looked. The workers were very polite and professional and did such a great job even my neighbors loved my house's new look. RecommendedWe have been working with Performance Fiberglass for 8 years now...we have had all of our windows done, 2 sliding door walls, gutters & siding all done by them. Their installers are clean, professional, friendly and wonderful to work with!! There has not been a single time in the 10+ different interactions we have had that were ever negative! They will continue to be our #1 choice every time we need an upgrade on our house!!
