We were very impressed by all of the employees of Performance Residential Remodeling from the helpful salesman and follow-up office staff to the well-trained and speedy installers. My house was built in 1979, and I have had a leak in my dining room since it was built. I had another company "fix" the roof, then replace the roof. Still a leak. I had my flashings redone - still a leak. The roofer then told me the leak was coming from my chimney, so I had that rebuilt. Still a leak. Two years ago, I met with a Performance rep who inspected the roof and told me that the entire roof needed to be ripped off, the wood inspected, and the roof replaced. Well, now I have no more leaks! Roofing job was completed correctly, on time, and at cost. Financing was a breeze. Crew cleaned up really well when finished. Typically, there will be roofing nails left in the yard, but I have not come across a single one. I will use them again in the future.

We were very satisfied with the sales rep., customer service, installation, and the quality of the product. I would recommend Performance to anyone. Customer service kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful. The installers were very professional and did a great job even in 20 degree weather.
