Performance residential was friendly and professional. They responded to any inquiries within 15 minutes. They were prompt with their estimate and with getting the job done. All parties involved with this process, from initial call, estimator, sales, contractors and coordinator, they all were great to deal with. This made my job so much easier. Very professional and will be calling again to complete the rest of the roof in the spring. Thank you, you guys rock!!

I had chosen Performance Residential Remodeling for a few reasons to install my new roof. First was their cost and warranty. I also liked that they were a local owned company in Shelby Township and that the sales person very thorough, not pushy. Now I'm a single mom and cost is important. Performance Residential had the best payment plan to fit my budget. Performance is Top Notch! They did our roof and went above and beyond our expectations! The crew set up in the morning, put drop cloths along the perimeter of the house to catch debris, worked till they finished that day (with a lunch break), cleaned up, then showed me what they did. It was an amazing job! I haven’t had any leaks since! The guy assured me if anything ever goes wrong to give them a call and they’d be back out to fix it! We would recommend Performance for any work needed. They replaced our roof in one year and a couple years later our gutters needed replacing and of course we called them back again. They were on time clean and very professional. They obtained the needed permits and completed the work according to our cities requirements.

I had just moved into a new house and needed some of the (original) windows replaced. I scheduled a consultation with Performance. The representative was very clear, concise, friendly and explained their different products, well. He did not use any pressure tactics. Even though I knew I should have all my windows replaced, he understood that I had a limited budget and we picked out the windows on the side of the house that were in the worst shape. Performance Residential Remodeling was a great company to work with I would recommend any and all potential customer to check out Performance Residential Remodeling before you make your finale remodeling decision. There workers try to satisfy the customer! That is hard to find today, contractors that want to please the customer, and the workmanship is outstanding.

The Performance crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They prepped the area , worked nonstop and did an exceptional clean up afterwards. Performance prices are in line with industry standards and materials are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone that needs roof replacement.
