This project has been an absolute train-wreck since day one. Missed appointments, wrong sized product delivered 2x, wrong product installed, and downright embarrassing/atrocious customer "service" provided by Rich - an alleged manager/owner of the operation. "We’re Deliberately Different From Other SE Michigan & Metro Detroit Home Remodeling Companies..." - no kidding.

When they quoted my 84 year old mother on a walk in bathtub they sold her a unit with all the accessories you could get even after she told the salesman she did not want many of the add-ons! Then the sales person missed the apparent need for another $2400 in backsplash or trim. He twisted her arm into signing off on the increase after it was installed. I told their representative, who knocked on my door, that I was not interested in a free quote. The man cussed at me as I closed my door, then used his sharpie on the side of my car. When I contacted the company, they said they would contact me. Still no response. Do NOT open the door for them!
I have never in my life been so offended by a company as I have been by yours and specifically your representative TARA. Who is rude, unaccommendating and ignorant. As you can see from below I only asked about one window the front and main window. This woman wouldn’t even let me talk or explain after she is trying to schedule for all the windows to be cleaned which I truly appreciate however if the front window which is the focal point of the house can be cleaned is all I’m asking because I tried and could not. Awful awful company from start to finish. Unprofessional and Rude! I do not recommend them for anything the owners wife is terrible.
Our experience was not so good. I was told that I needed to be home. So I take the day off and they don’t show up. And I was told I’m a liar. That they don’t tell people to stay home but someone has to be there for the final inspection. Then they charge us for wood and can’t show us pictures for the wood that was replaced.

Had all my windows replaced by them. They installed a defective product and won’t return my calls or emails. Freezing cold air was blowing through my brand new windows all winter, in addition to ice forming at the bottom. FRAUD.
