Got my roof installed with Performance after the major wind storm we had in March 2017. While not the cheapest, they were certainly not the most expensive quote I got. Good work and material costs money. They're one of the few Master Elite certified installers from GAF in Michigan. Jason, ou sales rep, was fantastic. He worked with my insurance company to get the most money for my wind damage claim. I highly recommend Performance and will be using them when it comes time to replace my windows.
Buyer beware! The CYA clause in their contract regarding damaged landscaping loosely translated means that they take NO accountability when their siding crew butchers ornamental trees without ever having a conversation with the homeowners. In addition, they trampled and destroyed a flowering shrub with absolute disregard to its existence and value. I am deeply disappointed in the work you did at my in-laws house. You destroyed their landscaping and then had the nerve to LAUGH at my mother in law when she voiced her concerns. I will never recommend this company and will tell everyone I can about what you did. No apology, nothing. You have the worst customer service to actually laugh at someone who is devastating about the destruction of their property.

We had trim vinyl wrapped a couple of years ago. We had them come back out at least twice to fix issues immediately after and once a year later due to bowing. Another company had to come and fix a leak performance caused because the area around the chimney was not done correctly. We did not have any leak issues prior to the vinyl work. We just noticed issues this week with the gutters leaking near the front porch. Lesson learned.

I would not recommend Performance. We have had our windows done with them in 2022 & everything was fine. Had the siding done on our house 2025 & things did not go good. The crew was great but customer service & everyone we dealt with to get our siding & the issues I wasn’t happy with. My husband & I got 5 different stories about things & it just kept changing. I called to complain & couldn’t even get a word in with John. I’m glad things are done with but we will never be dealing with them again

You don’t always get what you pay for! Just because something cost a lot doesn’t mean it’s worth it. Had new windows installed because some of mine were getting condensation when it was humid outside. Told it was because of windows leaking cold air out and poorly insulated. Had all the windows replaced. First day humidity was 70%. (6 days after installation) I could not see outside. Called because I have a warranty. They tell me now it is the window doing its job. Mr. Guigar. As our service manager explained on our call with you, moisture on the exterior pane of glass only is a sign that the window is doing it's job correctly. The window is air tight and there is no air or moisture getting in thru the glass or frame. The moisture happens on when the dew point is higher than the temperature of the glass.
