RecommendedSo far my experience has been wonderful. We had a new entry door and new windows installed. 2 of our windows were damaged before install, so we are still waiting for those to be installed but they promised to rush this so we are hopeful. Everyone I spoke to were very nice and helpful. From picking out the windows to install. I would recommend.
RecommendedI ordered an entry door and garage doors from Performance, the whole process from the sale to the installation was seamless. The entry and garage doors look even better than I thought they would. The doors are so beautiful they have really elevated the entire look of my home.

Got my roof installed with Performance after the major wind storm we had in March 2017. While not the cheapest, they were certainly not the most expensive quote I got. Good work and material costs money. They're one of the few Master Elite certified installers from GAF in Michigan. Jason, ou sales rep, was fantastic. He worked with my insurance company to get the most money for my wind damage claim. I highly recommend Performance and will be using them when it comes time to replace my windows.
Buyer beware! The CYA clause in their contract regarding damaged landscaping loosely translated means that they take NO accountability when their siding crew butchers ornamental trees without ever having a conversation with the homeowners. In addition, they trampled and destroyed a flowering shrub with absolute disregard to its existence and value. I am deeply disappointed in the work you did at my in-laws house. You destroyed their landscaping and then had the nerve to LAUGH at my mother in law when she voiced her concerns. I will never recommend this company and will tell everyone I can about what you did. No apology, nothing. You have the worst customer service to actually laugh at someone who is devastating about the destruction of their property.
