We had trim vinyl wrapped a couple of years ago. We had them come back out at least twice to fix issues immediately after and once a year later due to bowing. Another company had to come and fix a leak performance caused because the area around the chimney was not done correctly. We did not have any leak issues prior to the vinyl work. We just noticed issues this week with the gutters leaking near the front porch. Lesson learned.

I would not recommend Performance. We have had our windows done with them in 2022 & everything was fine. Had the siding done on our house 2025 & things did not go good. The crew was great but customer service & everyone we dealt with to get our siding & the issues I wasn’t happy with. My husband & I got 5 different stories about things & it just kept changing. I called to complain & couldn’t even get a word in with John. I’m glad things are done with but we will never be dealing with them again

You don’t always get what you pay for! Just because something cost a lot doesn’t mean it’s worth it. Had new windows installed because some of mine were getting condensation when it was humid outside. Told it was because of windows leaking cold air out and poorly insulated. Had all the windows replaced. First day humidity was 70%. (6 days after installation) I could not see outside. Called because I have a warranty. They tell me now it is the window doing its job. We had our siding and gutters (and 1 window) done by Performance. The price quote was on the high side but the salesman Matt had us convinced we would get the best quality. One thing I was adamant about in our conversation was having gutter guards since we are surrounded by trees. Matt told us yes, they could include gutter guards. Well surprise, they were not included! This company will severely over-promise and under-deliver. That is, if you can even get them to return a telephone call - or dare I say, show up when they are supposed to! Any attempt to share your concern is immediately met with excuses, finger-pointing, and vitriol.

This project has been an absolute train-wreck since day one. Missed appointments, wrong sized product delivered 2x, wrong product installed, and downright embarrassing/atrocious customer "service" provided by Rich - an alleged manager/owner of the operation. "We’re Deliberately Different From Other SE Michigan & Metro Detroit Home Remodeling Companies..." - no kidding.
