I never feel rushed at any time. I have always felt my every concern is addressed, my questions answered in full and I feel comfortable enough to discuss any issue I may have . I can honestly say I am actually seen and heard as an individual with a say in my treatment . My questions are never brushed off . Dr Arcedo is patent and friendly. The staff is courteous and considerate and consistently so. I would recommend Dr Arcedo to anyone seeking a successful treatment in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. The staff was helpful and friendly and helped me through every thing. Dr Arcedo was amazing and gentle and the shot was nearly pain free. In fact, I did not even know when they were done. They answered all of my questions and were extremely helpful.
