We are so happy with Pet Paradise in Bonita Springs. The staff is fantastic. We have used Pet Paradise for Day Care, Boarding and grooming. We are extremely happy with all services. Our 11 lb Chihuahua Shih Tzu, Bella, loves the staff there and is never stressed out when we pick her up. I would highly recommend the Bonita Springs location.

We absolutely love Pet Paradise! I mean, where else can you bring your dog in this heat to swim in an air-conditioned indoor pool? Every time I drop Ollie off, he's so excited. He can't wait to get into the lobby. This is a great sign for me, and it gives me comfort knowing he is well cared for there.

My dogs love this place. We drive up from Naples which isn't ideal for daycare because of morning and afternoon traffic, but anytime we are flying somewhere it's basically on the way. My dogs have gone there about 5 times for boarding and like I said, they love it. It's funny how other places have much better ratings but when I actually check in with my dogs it's clear that this is their favorite place in and around Naples.

We use Pet Paradise for day care. We love that we can see him playing with the other dogs. They always put him with the appropriate size dog. When he is shy and wants to sit with a human, someone has always been there to pet him and hold him. Front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Have not used them for overnight boarding.

Made a reservation for 01/28/23. Arrived at 9 am greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. Left his food with her in plastic containers. Left and watched him during his two play times per day on my phone. The girls that were in the play area were very attentive and playful with the dogs. i picked him up the next day, He was clean, happy, and tired from all the play. I was very impressed with all the staff and also how clean the place was. Trust me i will be back

BEST PLACE EVER! I was nervous putting my dog in daycare for the first time and she loves it. The staff is beyond helpful and loves the dogs. The facility is great and always so clean. They have cameras so that you can watch the dogs to ensure they are being watched and get to play. Every time I look, a staff member is going out of their way to play with a dog so just entertain. Don't know what I would do without this place. It does not deserve the reviews it has. I would highly highly recommend.

The manager, Alex, and the rest of her team at pet paradise came through for me clutch when I failed to make reservations on time for my trip. Alex and her team helped me with last minute reservations and assured me they would take great care of my pup! Thank you team Bonita Springs.

I have been taking my 75 pound Goldendoodle here for grooming and I never had any issues. Ask for Bella she does a really great job.

I just picked up my two dogs from pet paradise where they have been for the last 4 nights. I also used their services 3 times last year after they opened, and used the Naples facility before that. My dogs, as most are, are spoiled, and needy. They are always happy with the attention they receive, happy when we drop them, happy when we pick them up.
