I just picked up my two dogs from pet paradise where they have been for the last 4 nights. I also used their services 3 times last year after they opened, and used the Naples facility before that. My dogs, as most are, are spoiled, and needy. They are always happy with the attention they receive, happy when we drop them, happy when we pick them up. Love love love this place for my babies! The staff is so kind, and understanding. Pricing is way more reasonable compared to other places and this facility is way more clean and organized than the competition. Dogs come home smelling of pee, but other than that, love this place. I love that you can see ur baby on the cameras and watch them play. Too cute!

Beware that the pets are most likely left alone overnight. We switched to another facility. Their employee told me she previously worked at Pet Paradise and the dogs are left unattended overnight.

All I can say is this place is not worth your time and money. You can do a lot better. Your Pet will be much better off. Good Luck!

Third time kennel cough. Shame on me. Vaccinated at Vet on site. Asked the Vet why - they referred me to the Boarding side. Boarding side says - sometimes it just happens. It has happened every time. I have boarded my dogs often and never had heard the sound of kennel cough before. In fact I was so freaked out by the sound I took her to the ER Vet. Seems like they just cannot prevent it. So be prepared for a vet bill on top of the boarding fees.

Unbelievable the weekend of my son's graduation in Washington DC we got called because my dog was I don't know chewing on himself like they said so I flew back this morning on Saturday to get my dog and thank God I did they had a plastic roll around his head and they did not feed him or did it did not give him any water for 24 hours I have a formal complaint with Lee County this is the worst freaking place you can ever take your dog please do not do it. I had my dog stay for a week while on a cruise. He came back with an skin infection, rash on his under belly. (hairloss around the anus poop stuck to the hair and he had a uti. No one could bother to call me back so I'm leaving a review based on my experience. 420$ for boarding plus now 600$ vet bills from the boarding (family vet and dog dermatologist) Not worth it. Have someone come to your house it's cleaner and wayyyyyyy cheaper!

Left our pups in the cage, two 3 year old red Lab., totally forgot them. Once we went they admitted they forgot, all other dogs were running around playing. What if there was a fire?

Worst experience ever! Dropped my dog off for grooming and day care at 8:30am. She was scheduled for daycare from drop off until her grooming at 2. I received no texts or phone calls to tell me she was ready for pick up, so I called 4x and no one answered. I decided to drive to the location to see what was going on. I arrived at 5:30pm and they told me that she has been ready for pickup since 10am.
