Very disappointed. Was looking forward to finding a good responsible place to leave my two elderly dogs. I explained when making our reservation and at check-in our 15 year old Maltese is having issues with bladder control and is being tested for a solution and our 11 year old Morkie does what ever the older one does. Very disappointed with pet paradise veterinarian services. Nikki, The veterinarian assistant is one of the most condescending and disrespectful staff person that I have encountered at pet paradise. Nikki has poor customer service skills. She is one of the reasons why I will cancel my pet care services with pet paradise which I've been paying each month for two years. Dropped our dogs there and they are extremely friendly and love other dogs, watched on the web cameras to see them, no where to be found. Called and was on hold for over thirty minutes, never got through. My wife went back there after three and a half hours, was told they forgot them and they were left in the crates the whole time. How do you forget two large dogs, never going back.

Hard to make a reservation when you sit on a never ending hold. I wanted to give this place a chance but was nervous with all the negative reviews. They clearly are not getting the message if they don't even pick up the phone.

I decided to take my dog here because he loves the playtime that he gets here. I see how much fun he has on the cameras. But I am disappointed in my dog's 3 night VIP stay. They missed giving him a meal (as it was still in his backpack when it was returned to me upon pickup) and they lied to me about him receiving his go-home bath. A neighbor picked her dog up from boarding and the dogs feet were all bloody. She's not getting any help or return calls from management. This is not the first negative situation I've heard about.

Horrible service. I had to cancel a reservation and asked for a refund of my deposit $100 (I cancelled a month in advance). They told me that they had refunded my deposit, but more than a month later, still no refund. They told me they needed a statement from my bank stating that the refund had not been received, which we did. They had to send my statement to corporate, and another month gone by, and still no refund. I am going to file a complaint will the BBB next.

Horrible horrible experience that I have had. I recommend anyone and everyone to never come to this place. The people in this place didn't want to take my dog to get a haircut very unprofessional. Instead they insisted I sedate my 3 year old healthy dog to go a hospital and get her sedated to get a haircut. They should all lose their license and this place should be closed down. I will tell everyone I know to never come to this place in bonita. DO NOT BRING YOUR PRECIOUS DOG HERE EVER!

My dog has been to day care and boarding since he was a pup, he is now 3. We have never had an issue with a kennel until Pet Paradise! They would always call and say he needs to see the vet! 2 times it was bogus the 3 time he had an issue that he contracted There and they don't care! The answer is well kids get sick at day care!
