This place is truly amazing!! I have taken my dogs to multiple different places for daycare and boarding and I never felt like it was top notch service, BUT this place is truly a dream my Ellie is so well taken care of by all the staff. when we pick her up she is so exhausted from all the play time they give her, Madison and Christy make this place a home for my pet they are so attentive to my pets every need. everyone that works at this location works so hard for every single pet and pet parent, they are just truly amazing!... read more

Dog has stayed there twice. It had been great both times. No complaints or problems. Watching the cameras is fun.

The staff was super friendly to my two monsters. From all the videos I've seen online, huskies are a handful to groom. The price was very reasonable and the facility is very clean. Pet Paradise is now my go-to for grooming my girls.

I am so thankful for the entire staff at Pet Paradise Cedar Park -- and I appreciate them SO MUCH. My dog (and me, lol) suffer from separation anxiety and this was the first time I have ever boarded my dog. (He is six years old.) I started by taking him to doggy daycare once a week for six weeks. Each time we arrived, he was happy to go through the doors. Wow! I cannot say enough about Pet Paradise! We boarded our two pups over Halloween weekend and they blew me away with how awesome they are! I loved being able to see my girls on their cameras having a blast! My little girl, Valkyrie, is typically very shy and not super playful, but watching her cut up and play with the other pups was awesome! Boarded my 15 year old Boston Terrier with this group. She had a great time. She was able to be herself. The staff had plenty of stories to share plus we could watch her on camera miles and miles away. She came home without anxiety just like she had spent time with family. The staff love animals and it shows. What a great group!

We were very happy taking our Golden Retriever to this Pet Paradise. From the check-in to check-out it was handled top notch. I was surprised how organized they were since they have not been open very long. We watched our girl throughout the day on the web cam and the staff paid her and all the dogs within her group Special attention. This was our first time leaving our girl anywhere and we were concerned how well she would adapt as she is very much a "home body". We will be visiting Pet Paradise in the future!

Highly recommend Pet Paradise if you have a super hyperactive pup! Our family followed Shanti (the assistant manager at Pet Paradise) from her previous location because she trained our pup there and was so friendly and caring. Pet Paradise does not offer training but the amenities offered are top notch and the staff have been super helpful with setting us up. Rates were reasonable but customer service was not. They forgot to give me the items I checked in with at the time of pick-up: food, collar, medicine and treats. I realized this to following day. I was only concerned about the meds and collar because of a sensor on it and medical tags. I called and left a voice mail message for the manager. One of her staff called me 3 DAYS LATER because "they were too busy". She said I can pick-up the items and I let them know this was their issue and to mail them. She said she'd have to... read more
