Was excited to try this place out however I will not be taking my dog back and will never recommend them. Firstly all staff that worked were unfriendly. I was told when I arrived because my dog wasn't spayed she would not get to play with the group and would have to be 1 on 1. There was no place online that mentioned it and also l've never been told that at other dog day cares. I can't believe I gave them another try. I had my dog there for a week. He came home skinny and red and discharge eyes. I got all the food I left back.I had to reboard him the following week. So I took my dog to the onsite veterinarian. They gave him medication for his eye. I went over instructions and they are listed on the prescription. They didn't allow any play time. When I got him back after another week,I noticed the medication was never opened. I can't believe they did not treat him at all. So disheartening. I pay top... read more

Absolutely horrible. The worst place to keep your dog. My dog came back with all her toys smelling like urine. They did not let her out of the rooms. She came back with chunks of her hair ripped out of her paws. The WORST PLACE IN AUSTIN OR EVEN IN THE WORLD. They are lucky I dont sue them. Horrible people. Immoral. Go to Shady Acres Pet Ranch instead for an ACTUAL good experience for your dog instead of a traumatizing one. Look at some of the pictures of the burns/damages done to the dogs. Tte manager said to call after i left a review. What a crock! They know they never got back in you h with me after their groomer permanently scared my dog and never told us before we left what happened.

Last 2 times we boarded our dog there, she came back sick with diarrhea, very lethargic, and not herself. It took over a week for her to start coming around. We've never had this issue at other boarding places, she would always come back happy and full of energy. I'm staying away until they get cleaned up and hire more help, they are understaffed!

I only gave 1 star because there isn't an option for no stars. We boarded our pups at Pet Paradise in Cedar Park for 10 days in June 15th, 2023. We purchased the VIP package for 2,485. We left instructions not to let our two dogs play in the pool, because Zeke had developed hot spots from the life vest and pool in a prior stay with Pet Paradise, and Zoe was recently spay and the vet recommended against her being in the pool. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They left our 4.5 lb 9 month old puppy in her cage for almost 2 days straight. We monitored her on the camera pretty consistenly over the 2 days and 1 night she was there. Normally when we come home, she goes crazy licking us, jumping on us and when we arrived to pick her up, there was almost no recognition of us at all. Let me start by saying I tried to call and handle my issues privately, but kept getting the run around from management. I'm not after anything. The managers need to know the staff is not taking care of other peoples' dogs, and they are putting themselves at risk. The staff clearly does not have any real knowledge of how to take care of dogs. We have boarded at this facility multiple times but that last couple of times my dogs come home with some illness that have costed us lots of $$$ vet bills. First time was severe diarrhea and vomiting. This time we came home with kennel cough and pink eye. We will be looking for a different boarding facility for our dogs that is cleaner.
