We had a fantastic experience with Pet Paradise. I had used two other groomers in town with mixed results. This time, I was impressed from start to finish. It was easy to book, the check in process was great, and the grooming was top notch. They were gentle and loving with Our pup Milo. We will be using this groomer, specifically Melanie, from now on.

My dog loves coming to day camp and boarding here. I cannot say the phrase "day camp" without him running to the door ready to go! The staff is incredibly kind and I know he is in good hands. I have also found the two training classes we have completed with Valerie to be very helpful and great experiences.
My dog loves going to day camp. She leaps out of the car in the morning and can't wait to play with her friends. The transition from 'small dog' group to 'large' group was easy. The staff is very friendly and often give feedback on her behavior for the day. The facilities are clean and the camera system allows you go watch your dog play with the group. Luckily she is exhausted and well behaved when she gets home!

I brought my 2 dogs here for a 4 night stay. We were greeted with smiles when we walked in and right away we were taken care of. I watched them on the live cam daily when they went outside and they were all wags as they were played with by the staff. I paid extra for the "Furever Connected" package and it was worth it. It was comforting receiving pictures and a personalized update for Shadow and Rey while I was far away from home. we used Pet Paradise for boarding for the first time this week and our dog came back happy! She was very calm and well behaved when we picked her up. We boarded for 2 nights and we do not board often. We definitely plan to come back again. Thak you.
It's incredibly disappointing to send my pet with the exact amount of food and treats needed for their stay, only to have them come home with food and treats still left over. That tells me they weren't fed according to the instructions I provided, and that's simply unacceptable. Proper feeding is a basic part of caring for someone's pet, and this feels like a serious lapse in care.

Be aware if you send your dog here to be groomed they will not be given any care beyond what grooming services you pay for. That means no water, no bathroom breaks, no walks. We brought our dog home after being there and it was clear she didn't have any help because as soon as we got in the house she evacuated her bowels and her bladder, and gulped up her whole water dish. I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to put a dog in a box after it's been groomed, but it's clearly not good care for animals.

Make sure you look at the dates on these reviews. Maybe at one point they were good... Before you take your babies here, please look at all the terrible reviews below. There are a few good ones. These are probably from clients who are clueless what is actually happening behind the scenes at this place.
