Had an orientation appointment this morning when I walked in and everybody was overwhelmed nobody was welcoming and they told me that it had changed that the tiny town town was only for boarding? Not what I was told on the phone? Very bad vibe- walked out. Why would I send my dog to be in a cage all day? Supposed to be daycare fun socialization and exercise? DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS TO PET PARADISE OF COCONUT CREEK, FL!!!! We brought 3 dogs in for Christmas week and we ended up picking them up 10 days later with problems. One of my dogs came home with kennel cough, one came home limping, and one needed elbow surgery a few days later. We could not see our pets on the camera, like they promised, because their schedule changed everyday, and you have no idea when the dogs will be playing in the yard! When I called to check up on them, they had no idea what was going on. NEVER AGAIN!

This facility is ridiculous! Their response post is false and a total malicious lie!! If they investigated all aspects of them KILLING our sweet baby girl then why have they not reached out to us and shared what happened along with what action plan they now have in place to avoid another devastating loss to another family. They must think my wife and I are stupid or simply do not care about the hole they've left in our home. So now the facility deleted their previous review (see pic) and are saying they are in contact with me and updated me on what occurred which is NOT true. I have yet to receive any explanation in writing from the facility.

I brought my dog in for a day to try it out. They have cameras so you can see your pet which is great...I didn't see my pet the entire time. They told me they would take the dogs out to play. I kept an eye on the cameras and my dog was never brought out. They put her in the cage and left her there the entire time. Since she was not played with, one might expect that they would have had her grooming done. I showed up about 20 minutes before closing and she was not finished with grooming either.
