Awesome staff, love how I can check their live feed to watch my dog play. I will be bringing my dog here weekly to have some fun and jump in the pool !!! Highly recommend to bring your pup here. They can do all services you can think of as well! Super plus !!! Pet paradise is the only place I would ever bring my dog to board or day camp at. No comparison

I am so happy I found this place. Great environment for my puppy. I love how I can watch my puppy all day and see he is having fun, while I am in class.

From the minute I walked in with Bruno, I knew he loved it, because his tail looked like a windmill!!! From the greetings by the staff, who were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional, to the obvious cleanliness of the building- I knew this would be a good fit... They have everything our Bruno could ever need or want in one building- grooming, vet, boarding... We've been there twice. Bruno can't wait to go back!!!

The staff at Pet Paradise is amazing,so helpful and friendly. Our puppy Harley loves going to camp and playing in the pool. And we love watching him on the cameras. The staff is always playing with the dogs when they are outside. We love it.

Pet Paradise of Coconut Creek has the Best staff! They're so personable and great with all the dogs. The facility is absolutely outstanding and our dog loves playing in the pool. Every time I look on the cameras and they're out playing, there are at least 2 to 3 staff members working with the dogs. I know she's safe and well cared for when we leave her overnight.

I drove 30 minutes to bring my puppy to daycare for the first time just to be told that they "do not do playtime after 2pm" and that i (and i quote) "should've came earlier". No where in the booking process did it say that play time only happened once in the morning and once at 2pm. I understand that dogs need quiet time (as i've worked at a doggy daycare before) however no play time between 2pm and 7pm seems excessive. I'm frustrated and disappointed. This place is terrible went for first time to let my dog try to see if he was a good fit for day camp. I dropped my dog off in morning and explained that I do not want my dog in or near the pool. They told me not a problem and won't happen. Come to find out on webcam he was running around the pool when I clearly told them he was to stay away from pool. I wish I could give the boarding camp side a -zero star. The veterinarian department in the New day is the greatest. When it comes to the groomer, who also works with the pets by the name of Yvonne; I give this place below 0. I'm not sure how she has kept a job there and also why the supervisors take up for her actions. They sweep everything under the rug. I am so sad to have to give this review because for since starting with my pup I was referring friends and family here. He will not be returning unfortunately. I always place him in the VIP suite because of my anxiety and o pay for report cards. We travel minimum of three a year. This last visit I received one report card at an adequate time on the same day.
