BEWARE! We haven't been very happy with the results of the past few groomings our dog has had at different local locations. We have her groomed about every two to three months depending on how short the cut the last groomer did. I love the idea of this business. However.... The sad reality is that they are very disorganized. The front desk staff would benefit from customer service training. We boarded two dogs for 4 nights. At check-in time we asked for FULL SERVICE GROOMING. Both dogs were returned to us wet and not groomed. We were charged $65 (Golden Doodle) and $45 (Mini Schnauzer) for baths. Seems as pet paradise wants you to board your pet before/after a holiday for doggie camp! People who pay for the full week of doggie day camp should have some advantage as long as your dog goes the full week!! Money wasn't an issue just leaving my boy overnight in a kennel, room, away from family for no reason mad me disturbed!! Niko will no longer be returning to Pet Paradise!! (Shawn the mgr is awesome! unfortunately when he is not there his staff is not as helpful !!! )

I boarded my dog based on a recommendation and sadly it was a terrible experience and I will never use the facility again. Sadly, 3 days after picking up my dog, she has been diagnosed with a severe case of kennel cough and is really suffering. I called the main phone number (Corporate ?) to report this (after being on hold for 30+ minutes), they took all the information but I didn't get a sense that it would go any further. We took our two 5-month-old puppies here for the free day. They were in a playroom with about 12 other dogs and 4 staff members for a few hours. We were so happy with the service and felt our puppies had benefited. The desk was serviced by several people and the facility seemed very well staffed. We returned a week later for day camp. Our puppies were kept in their gated kennel area for several hours. When they were taken out with only an hour of their stay remaining, there was only 1 staff member supervising 15 dogs. I have taken my dog there a couple times and the staff there is never friendly or even cordial, they don't acknowledge you at all, no one answers the phone. The worst part is I can tell my dog has not had much play time at all because she comes home and doesn't nap at all like she used to when she came home from other daycares. She brings me her ball and wants to play..... after she just spent 9 hours at daycare? I get the feeling they cage them up most of the day. DO NOT board your dogs here!!!! Paid top dollar for VIP suite for my 3 small dogs, they would have received better care from a child then anyone that works there!! Entire staff has absolutely (NO personality) including the manager and care takers take live on the premises. We absolutely were lied to about the special care that they would receive. VIP suites have cameras that we could check on our dogs, and also cameras for outside to watch them for play time. How disturbing it is to see your dogs locked up all day with the d... read more

Made an apt for a trial. Had questions regarding the documentation they needed. No one has answered the phone since Monday. They may be a good resort but customer service is horrible.
