awful experience terrible that'd r Z was terrible bedside manners no compassion at all. All he wants is money brought my dog fir routine, flea dip, and ended up getting a reaction from the pill they gave her couldn't walk afterwards brought her back in and he claimed it was something else that was going on in her back a problem that she had never had it when she walked in He said I want to do x-rays right away on her back lol. not relating to anything was so scary to watch my dog. I wanted to make a review for this company. If you value your pets' health, please reconsider. Our little Shih Tzu is always with us and is/was in perfect health. She she even had a recent vet visit prior and her vet said she was in perfect health. We were traveling on a cruise and they wouldn't allow her so we needed to board her for 4 days. Words cannot even describe how disappointed I am with this place. We picked our dogs up today after boarding them for 3 nights. They couldn't even give us insight on how our dogs did during the stay. It was only the second time boarding our dogs ever (first time at this location) so we were hoping to get more insight on how they reacted to it for future stays. Went in and spoke to a young lady about reserving a private suite for my rescue pup. I took a tour and told them I wanted a private suite for my pup so he was comfortable and I could watch him on the camera while I was gone. I was told I had a reservation and when I called to confirm they made my reservation for general population where the dogs are in a 4x6 shelter with a bunch of other dogs and not being watched consistently. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here. First, tried to charge me $20 a day extra because my dog is not great with other dogs despite my quote not including that. After I stated that, they removed the charges "this time." Then, I pick her up today and she has a cut over her left eye that I was never told about. I called and they told me that my dog gets excited and jumps around when other dogs walk by so she may have injured herself then. Worst experience here. It looks nice on the outside but the staff is rude and they do not take the dogs out often. You can view the camera anytime outside but the dogs are never outside. My dog was there for 4 nights and I never once saw him outside. Don't let the esthetics of the building fool you.

It seems to staff likes to play games with the customers and when you asked for a manager it seems that there's no one in charge there's no managers and they don't even know when their managers or the people in charge I going to be there to help with the With the needs of the customers or even answer their questions. Stop don't give the right name when you ask them or they pretend to be somebody else. Very stressful

BEWARE! We haven't been very happy with the results of the past few groomings our dog has had at different local locations. We have her groomed about every two to three months depending on how short the cut the last groomer did. We made an appointment over the phone at Pet Paradise and told them everything we wanted done and HONESTLY gave them information about our dog including uploading all her vet records and a picture (a 2 year old Miniature CockaPoo about 18 pounds) and was quoted $55.00 which is about what we've pa... read more

I love the idea of this business. However.... The sad reality is that they are very disorganized. The front desk staff would benefit from customer service training. We boarded two dogs for 4 nights. At check-in time we asked for FULL SERVICE GROOMING. Both dogs were returned to us wet and not groomed. We were charged $65 (Golden Doodle) and $45 (Mini Schnauzer) for baths.
