Place my dogs Molly and Jax at Pet Paradise from 9/29/15 to 10 6/15. They had a great time there. I was worried since they never had been boarded. The staff there were terrific. The babies were given extra play time, and the staff separated them for eating time. Molly likes to eat Jax food first! I was very pleased with the quality of care both babies got and will definitely place them at Pet Paradise again. I will also highly recommend Pet Paradise to others. We have always had friends come to our house to dog sit while we traveled. This past Thanksgiving, we needed to make other arrangements. I did ask on Facebook for suggestions and several friends suggested Pet Paradise. We were offered a complimentary play day and when we picked her up she was happy. She is old and get nervouse being away from home, even if she is with us. I was very worried but after touring facility, had complete confidence with leaving her there. Our Kate is treated to her "spa" whenever we go out-of-town. The staff is very animal oriented, and it is reflected in Kate's attitude upon arrival. She is excited to be there. We had a medical emergency on a recent trip that caused us to extend our stay by more than a week, and Pet Paradise was more than accommodating in extending and supplementing Kate's needs. It is wonderful having a home-away-from-home for our dog.

If I could leave negative reviews I would. First time we boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise, it took 3 emails to give the facility our pet vaccination records, and they still didn't have them. Received an email the morning of drop off that they had cancelled reservation because didn't have them. I Immediately called , had to leave a message, but super friendly girl that answered the phone said no problem if we brought them records. I was a regular user of the services but had not used the service in a while. I attempted to call on May 29th and 30th, but their phone system would not permit contact with the facility. I finally drove to the location with my dog, hoping to get him boarded. He's an intact dog, and upon check-out, I received a bill for $74 vs $54. That's a 37% up-charge b/c he required one-on-one playtime. I, for one, will not use the facility given the additional fees. The location is far from G'ville. Well, for my Goldendoodle, this was more like pet purgatory than pet paradise. She does suffer from separation anxiety; however, I feel like they rushed her into a kennel and didn't try and work with her. They said she nipped at their receptionist which does not make sense because my husband dropped her off and saw her in the kennel watching the other dogs play. Booked daycare for my dog the day before drop off. I was told that I could drop my dog off between 7 and 7:30 AM and he would get a vaccine that was required after that. Upon dropping my dog off the rude front desk supervisor told me all the reasons why they were not supposed to take my dog today however they took the dog. The facility looks great for boarding but I would not recommend grooming here. I brought my cockapoo to have her groomed and she came back to me with her head completely shaved including her ears! It looks absolutely awful! I agree she had some matting on one ear but never in my estimation did i expect a completely shaved dog!! I have brought her elsewhere numerous times and they have NEVER completely shaved her head. I only tried Pet Paradise because i was hoping it would be cheaper and it wasn't! I won't be going back

The facility is nice and people very kind to the dogs. Thus not 1 star. My dog got kennel cough there last week and was already coughing when I picked her up. They have a vet on site but did not call to see if I wanted my dog to be seen. Instead I get a silly report card telling me what fun she had. I would rather they pay attention to the dog's health. I have been a loyal customer for years. The previous management granted me a 20% discount which the new management will not honor. That says a bit about their integrity. My... read more
