What an amazing vacay for my four-legged babe!! Being an avid-traveler (well, prior to COVID ) it's important for me to know that my baby Babs is safe and secure until I return more home. Being a new client of Pet Paradise, I feel just that way! Babs spent two nights at Pet Paradise as a boarding guest and I'm sure that if she could talk, she'd tell me how great it was!! my pup & I LOVE this place! i've had him stay in the indoor/outdoor suites & they're both great! Staff is super nice & they make sure to call if something goes wrong. Would 100% recommend!

This place is awesome! My pug Bagel stayed here while my cousin and I took a quick trip up to Nashville. Bagel stayed here for 3 nights. The office space is modern and SO clean, and you can see out into the back where they have a spacious yard, pool and kennel. They provided a report card for Bagel with the sweetest details and I opted for the photo updates as well. When I picked up Bagel, she was so excited to come home but had a great time. Customer service is awesome. Will definitely use them again in the future!
This place really is just the best we've been to multiple other dog boarding places and my dogs arent the easiest to handle I've even had one place say they were too much for them and this place took them with open arms and They have been nothing but great they go in and play with the dogs and interact with them well unlike a lot of other places that we were at I would recommend this to anyone with any types of dogs they really are amazing

My one-year old Golden Retriever, Watson, took to this place like a pack of wolves on a three-legged cat. He bounded off his leash so fast when released into gen-pop that it ripped the fabric of time itself. He frolicked and bounced around, with so much happiness, that it alleviated a lot of my stress. I've been back a couple times and they never have disappointed me. My Gator (UF student) took her black lab for a weekend stay. She was very happy with how they treated him. They were also very nice and polite to my daughter. That makes this Texas Mom very happy.

We were on vacation at salt springs and went on a day trip to Ginnie springs, we found this place via a local vet which recommended them to me. I called for a last minute reservation for me two small dogs, the Lady on the phone was very professional and nice, she reserved the spot took my information over the phone and told me which documents I needed from my vet. This was a great place - the facilities were clean,, the people nice and my dog had a ball. He never just goes with someone without looking back- when I dropped him off the second time he was pulling the lady to the back. For him that means he loved it. This place is great! I love the ability to be able to watch my pet during her designated playtime. The staff was friendly and so sweet to my pup during the day and when we came to drop her off and pick her up. Our pet, Josie, had sharper nails on the day we arrived (we did not notice this but a staff member did) and they gave her a nail trim for free during the day. We were super thankful for that.
