Pet paradise is amazing!! I have sent my chocolate lab bear twice and he is loving wacky Wednesday. It's a great opportunity to get him a little more exercise during the week and for him to socialize with other pups! It is very clean! They have turf in the play areas so it's easy to clean. I'm able to check on him on the live cameras and they even give you a report card when you pick them up! Too cute. The manager is awesome and the staff is so friendly!!!
If was the first time using any kind of a dog boarding service and I cannot say enough good things about this place. First of all, staffs are all nice, welcoming and attentive. Second, each room is spacious with a dog bed and a balconie. Third, a lot of dogs for your dog to socialize and dogs are separated into groups so that they can chill with friends with similar personalities. I will definitely use this service again!

First time boarding three shelties here. Large place that has outdoor pool and play area for dogs. There is an inside air conditioned area and another that leads dogs outside. At night they close off pool area. Our dogs seemed happy and attended to. Employees were there to answer any questions and were the right fit for the job. Dog lovers. There is an area for cats too. This was our first time boarding with Pet Paradise however we have left our fur babies there for Daycare before. The staff on both occasions was Welcoming and friendly, we worked with Fallon and Alex which we absolutely adore, we also got the chance to see Malique in action with the pets at playtime and Wow! He's definitely and asset to this place he ran and jumped with all the dogs at playtime and they loved it! Lony and Dana at front desk were awesome as well, but overall no complaints. We loved taking our dogs Holly and Mila to this location! They had such a great time. We were very comforted with the use of the puppy cam. We also received updated and pictures of them during their stay.

We had a family emergency & our usual kennel was booked, otherwise we probably never would have gone here. The staff was wonderful, it's clear our boys were well taken care of & with the discounts offered the bill was not as scary as we were expecting.

My pup had an absolute fun time! Upon arriving I was greeted with a welcoming staff and a grand view of the dogs play area! I knew from there I was placing my dog in the right hands! I adore the "Lil' Camper Report" when picking my dog up. Knowing my dog had a blast makes me a happy, content dog mom. Although we are not from Gainesville, every time we come back we know where to take my pup!

Just take a look at Sila's happy face in the pictures below and that will tell you how much she likes going to play here ! I have been taking Sila to play here since she was 10 months old and she will be turning 7 next month! They have a very safe and secure place for her to play where I know she is happy and well taken care of. They have very long dog runs that are half indoor and half outdoor and they have a newly renovated outdoor area with lots of room for the dogs to run and play. I recently had an unexpected trip come up, and my house sitter wasn't available. It was more complicated because my dog had developed a limp and had to receive meds and a specific amount of exercise. Pet Paradise took care of the whole thing. My dog loves the folks at Pet Paradise!. Her tail is wagging as she walks in the door, and it is wagging when I pick her up. I have used Pet Paradise for years for grooming and for day camp, but can now report total satisfaction with the boarding, too. They are really outstanding!... read more
