We've had our dog boarded here several times and it's always been a great experience. They all know her name. She's a little timid and I worried at fist about how she was doing so I called. They were always happy to check on her and keep me updated. They even sent us pictures of her playing on her 1st visit. Made me feel much better! Great place!

I have been going to Pet Paradise since they opened. Very professional and competent staff. Stensin is always happy to go to doggie day care and sleep away camp. His happiness when we arrive tells the story :). I never worry about him being cared for. The staff makes sure the dogs are placed according to their social behavior and gently build confidence in the individual dog that needs it. It is clean without a doggie oder. This was the first time boarding my dog . I had to leave her for 10 days . It was very last minute . They were wonderful !! They emailed pictures and stayed in constant contact with me about anything and everything. They responded to my emails right away. They seem to really care for the animals in their care . We will see if she enjoyed her stay when I take her for a play day . If she's excited or not when we pull in the parking lot .....

We take our pup to the Pet Paradise where we live in Jacksonville, so it was awesome to be able to take her with us on our trip and board her here without any hassle thanks to transferring records between locations! She loves it and hardly wants to leave!

What a fantastic facility! I'm new to the area and needed a place for boarding and doggy care for my Frenchie. The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful with accommodating my pet's needs. I highly recommend Pet Paradise :)

Yolanda did an awesome job grooming my 2 elderly Shih-Tzu's! I'm from out of town and wasn't sure where to go or what to expect, but Yolanda delivered!! Polly at the front desk was amazing too! Thank you guys!

What a great experience for my rescue pooch. Turns out she has boundless energy, and loves to play with other dogs. I live in a condo, where dogs must always be "on leash". Pet Paradise is a perfect solution. I was especially happy to learn I could watch her at play anytime I wish from my home or desk, tuning into the web cam. I love this place. I have an older dog that I had to board there for the Holiday season and she absolutely loved it. This was the first time I ever had to board her and I was a little apprehensive doing that. But we had the best experience. I could watch her by webcam and could see how happy she was. I put her in day camp a few times before so she could get used to it. But after staying there for 2 weeks she came home much happier and healthy. This place is amazing! My pups love coming here! The staff is the best. You can tell they really love dogs and cats. They give the best service and are very accommodating to schedules! The managers Tessa and Sam always go above and beyond to make sure me and my furry friends are taken care of. Pet Paradise is the best!
