When we take our dog to Pet Paradise, he doesn't even say goodbye! He loves it so much he just heads to the back with an attendant, tail wagging and a big smile on his face because he knows he's about to have a great time! We have used Pet Paradise in Charlotte and Ft. Lauderdale, and were thrilled when they opened their Palm Beach location. Everyone is friendly and professional, but most important: they love animals. This place was so good now the new manager shows rudeness to her customers and employees so yelled at me for wanting to pet a dog then she took all the chairs out so the employees wouldn't sit down she is so rude and she needs to be fired or something

This place is a compete joke. They let my 16 yr old daughter walk in alone and adopt a dog without any questions. When I called to freak out, The person on the phone (desire) was so dismissive and acted like they did nothing wrong...oh I don't know maybe ask where are your parents and why are here all alone and taking your new dog home alone in a UBER!!!!! First of all , my son picked up my dog a few weeks ago and she was cover in poop. boarded her this weekend and she literally 1lb lighter . I was told because she is legal blind she has one on one but I don't believe it . I ask for her bed and they said that it was in the wash because she pee and poo in her bed . ???????! my assumption that she was in her cage all the time . This was my second time boarding my standard goldendoodle at this pet paradise. First visit she got a terrible hot spot for not minding her after getting her wet. This most recent visit, when I picked her up, she was absolutely covered in deep matting all over. It was so bad she smelled, reeked of mildew like stench. After working hard on her numerous mats, I realized they were localized to her neck and chest in a way that made it clear that her harness was left on for ten days. I'm just writing to share one of my worst nightmares and hopefully prevent others to go through what my four legged boys went through. About a month ago I boarded my two boys for the weekend, something that I have already done several times over the last year. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who do not use the Internet this way, but they are very upset with the haircut services received on their teacup chihuahua -- they had to wait too long for her haircut and once she was finally finished, it was way too short, injuring the dog around her anus -- the dog now has trouble using the bathroom.
