Seriously love this place! My dog LOVES when he gets to go and play there! I love that they have live video so you can check on your pooch throughout the day. The facility is very clean and I feel at ease leaving him there. I love that they have a temperament check prior to them being allowed to play there. Gives you ease of mind knowing your furbaby wont get attacked! I wish I could afford to bring him everyday!

We boarded our little Yorkie with Paw Beach Resort while attending a wedding in Wrightsville Beach. The facility was up to our standards and the staff was very personable. Our experience with the resort was great. Thanks Paw Beach for you exceptional service.

Excellent facility for pet boarding and daycare! Modern and clean rooms and attentive staff make this place above the rest. Our dog was brutally attacked by two dogs a year ago while napping on our porch. She trusted no one and feared other dogs. We took her here to socialize her. The staff worked with her. Slowly introducing her to other dogs. They worked miracles with her. We are forever grateful to the staff and this place. Dont settle for less when it comes to your pets. This place is awesome. My Labrador is giddy every time I take him. They have a great webcam where you can watch your dog and also a discount multi-pass kind of system which help keeps the price down. I wish I could take my dog more, but the downside is that they are clearly the most expensive place I've had a dog at for both day and boarding. I would sign on to some kind of deeper commitment with them if there were a lower cost option. Boarding for my 70-pound guy is $42 with options to upgrade to $52. So, you kind of ma... read more

In summation, clean big facility, caring staff, and fun activities for dogs of all energy levels - highly recommended! I boarded my dog here last weekend for the firs time. The facility is very open and clean (re: doesn't smell like a kennel). I was overwhelmed with how kind and interested the staff were in my dog, particularly with all of her personality nuances. Great place for daycare/grooming. Staff is always friendly, smiling, and saying "Aloha". Doesn't matter if it's 8a or 5p. They all seem, and as they should, to love their jobs. The facilities are very clean. Nice outside and inside area for both groups of dogs, small dogs and big dogs. They have live web cams so you can check in on your furry child during the day. Walter, my Australian shepherd has been going to daycare at the beach three time a week for 5 months now ( he is a puppy). The staff at paw beach love my little man so much! When we get there, he goes bonkers and runs through the door to get to his Play mates! Never looks back! Socialization is mandatory for Aussies, and Walter is very confident around all types of others dogs and people. Only place I've found where id consider boarding my cats. There are a lot of fancy boarding places cropping up now catering to dogs - even though I'm sure paw beach is the best in town in that arena as well- but what is different about them is that they also take really great care of the kitties!! The "Katmandu" room is spacious and clean- each of the 5 or 6-level kitty condos are pretty spacious on the inside but also very clean. No animal stink. Paw Beach, I love you. The first time we took our pup here was because our regular kennel (which was very average, and which we had a hunch neglected him a bit, since he never wanted to go) was booked for Thanksgiving. We signed up for the new Paw Beach, and never looked back. Our boy loves it here - from daycare to boarding to baths, it's by far and away his favorite place.
