It's not a bad place, has the pool which is pretty awesome and a decent size playing yard but I just didnt get a great feeling for some reason. I have heard some bad things but wanted to try it out for myself. There isnt anything they did that stood out good or bad. I didnt like how badly it smelt there and I didnt like how the staff didnt seem to enjoy their job. Although the staff was very nice, they blew it in terms of accommodating my dog. Also, as soon as I walked in, one of the staff members released someone's dog towards us. My dog was adopted from a humane society and can have a temper with most other dogs which the staff knew up front. Dogs should be leashed and held while in the check in area.

I was very unhappy with our first experience. Our dogs were not allowed to play with the other dogs, and we could barely ever see them on camera. It seemed like the staff disliked them because they are mixed breeds and not regular customers. When we got home, we noticed that one had a wound on her cheek that was not there when we dropped her off. I don't feel that the staff was friendly, up front, or caring enough.
