Our pup contracted kennel cough there last weekend. They had to know the facility was infected. Our dogs stunk on return. One pup, 3 days later, had pneumonia and blood transfusion. Passed last night. The facility needs to SANATIZE. Vets agreed that it was contracted there. He isn't around dogs anywhere else.

Not my favorite. The staff doesn't seem to interact with the dogs (you can watch on the camera feeds). Lots and lots of dogs, staff mainly seems to be talking with one another or on their phones. Maybe it's just not part of their job. Not right for my dog.

We have been to other pet paradises before but we're truly upset after the staff was not transparent with us. Both our dogs have been in the Wesley chapel office among others and have thoroughly enjoyed it however we learned that some derogatory remarks on one dog's account after visiting the Wilmington location. We consistently saw one dog on the camera and often did not see the other. Horrible care and neglect. You can never really know how a dog daycare/board takes care of your pups even through the cameras. We took our pups to daycare this morning and kept checking the cameras anticipating to see them running around in the outdoor area. By 1:30pm we still hadn't sent then running around on any of the cameras. Concerned, we called and they had stated that they played in the outdoor area that's not on camera... We had asked if they could put the pups in an area that we could watch them, so they did at 2pm... read more

It didn't work for my cat, she is very playful and likes to be around people. We gave it a try, but no. I got there close to 7Pm and my cat was placed inside a type of cabinet with a glass door, no bed for her inside this thing and no toys either. 2 days later I went to pick her up, and she was trembling and scared.The staff seems really nice, but I wouldn't recommend this place based on the reaction of my poor cat. I wish they had a least a better, comfortable and spacious place to put the cats.

Our kitty condos do have bedding, but they are 4 stories and it might not be visible from the window you could see. Not all cats do well in a boarding environment, especially during a first visit. The positive is the people who work here are wonderful. They seem to really care about the dogs and readily answer our questions. The BIG negative is this is the second or third straight time the cameras haven't worked so we can't watch our dog. This is a big reason I picked Pet Paradise. The workers are equally frustrated. This will be our last visit since cooperate refuses to rectify the situation.

Thank you for your feedback. We, as a company, are working to improve the cameras. We are aware that the older system is not ideal. Our goal is to have all cameras at all resorts replaced by the end of Q1 2020.

I will be taking my dogs to a competitor due to the complete lack of customer service and communication between employees. I called to confirm I would be able to bring my puppy to an "assessment" to see if she would be able to be boarded. I confirmed the age of my puppy and that she had not been spayed. The employee assured me all of the details were fine and I would be able to drop her off for the assessment. Several things went wrong when we left our 10-11 year old rescue Golden Retriever, Rigby: 1) our 10-11 year old dog was attacked in the outdoor play yard by younger, larger dogs that chewed off a part of his ear! Your staff asked me if I received the message, which I did not. No adjustment was given in our price and I believe, based on the videos, he was kept apart from the other dogs and in the sun, not the shaded area while he was healing! We took our goldendoodle here per many recommendations from peers. Never again. The woman who helped us, April, was extremely irritable and easy to aggravate. I asked not to have our dog bathed since we had just bathed her the day before her appointment and she got incredibly short with me. Upon dropping my dog off, I was told the cost would be $54 for the trim.
