Ridiculous bid. Wanted $437 dollars to replace a $60 dollar part that took 10 min to do myself. Also quoted $1433 to completely replace the valve on the shower and that DID NOT include the finish work to redo the sheetrock he wanted to remove in the bedroom to gain access to the valve. He was condescending when I was shocked with the prices he quoted and stated more than once he was not comfortable doing the work because I was appalled with the prices.
Jovani was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He performed the task quickly and efficiently. The area where he worked was left clean and intact. He was diligent in letting us know about other services offered. He went over the service agreement thoroughly. Thank you for sending him to our home.
Same Day Service and Jovani and Roy, our technicians, provides with excellent plumbing service for a water leak, tankless water heater installation, and a faucet replacement. We will use their services in the future and recommend them to others.
Workers arrived as scheduled. Some customer service training, ie, knocking on the door to introduce themselves and letting customer know what they will be doing, would be helpful.
