The heating and oil technician was very courteous. He took the time to explain to me in detail what was wrong with my burner as he repaired it.

Called from work and said I would not be home until 8pm - service person was there right at 8 pm knew exactly what the issue was repaired it and was done by 830pm. I did not get his name but he was very pleasant and professional. Especially it being Thanksgivings.
