I have a Maintenance Service Contract with Petro, North Haven,CT. This call was for the included Efficiency and Tune-Up call included in the Contract. Paul U Tech #104 was the Tech that came out to the house for the call. Paul is personable, friendly, and a good representative of Petro. He shows a professional approach and work ethic to the task at hand,and work techniques that show his knowledge of the equipment . aT FIRST IT WAS HORRIBLE BECAUSE i HAVE SPECIFIC TECHS THAT ARE ALLOWED IN MY HOME AND I RESCHEDULE IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. YESTERDAY YOU SENT SOME RANDOM TECH INSTEAD OF RESCHEDULING, I CALLED AND SPOKE W CUST SERV AND THEY PULLED HIM OFF MY HOUSE AND SENT ME ONE OF THE 2 TECHS THAT ARE ALLOWED IN MY HOME, SO IN THE END IT WORKED OUT GREAT, I LOVE STEVE BALDINO AND MAX GUNNERT AND THEY ARE THE ONLY TWO THAT TOUCH MY HEATING UNIT.
