I have a Maintenance Service Contract with Petro, North Haven,CT. This call was for the included Efficiency and Tune-Up call included in the Contract. Paul U Tech #104 was the Tech that came out to the house for the call. Paul is personable, friendly, and a good representative of Petro. He shows a professional approach and work ethic to the task at hand,and work techniques that show his knowledge of the equipment .
