the technician came on time. he went right to work and had the problem troubleshot in just a few minutes. had the repair work done quickly. he even took steps to prevent the problem from reoccurring. great job!

Great service all year long. Well trained excellent techs. Oil delivery is always on time. Affordable service contracts that they stand by. I have been with this company for 40 years.

Had a problem with pool furnace not igniting from pilot mode. Technician diagnosed faulty part on first visit. On return he replaced part and continued to check system until it started to work. Tech was very thorough in his work and I can now begin to heat my pool water. Great job

Your company claims to have delivered oil. When my oil tank gauge was still 3/4 full. Your company tech came out check. Agreed with me. But I still had to pay. Call center states GPS from oil truck came. My daughter was home all day. Got Email about oil delivery. Still waiting. Oil tank is now 1/4.

Technician showed up to do my furnace check up and combustion analysis and he told me he could not do it because his meter was broken. He also did very sloppy work When cleaning the thermal coupler and the flue tubes which he used a dirty rag dirty rag And the five dollar bill to clean just pushing the dirt back into the holes although he did blow through them.
