aT FIRST IT WAS HORRIBLE BECAUSE i HAVE SPECIFIC TECHS THAT ARE ALLOWED IN MY HOME AND I RESCHEDULE IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. YESTERDAY YOU SENT SOME RANDOM TECH INSTEAD OF RESCHEDULING, I CALLED AND SPOKE W CUST SERV AND THEY PULLED HIM OFF MY HOUSE AND SENT ME ONE OF THE 2 TECHS THAT ARE ALLOWED IN MY HOME, SO IN THE END IT WORKED OUT GREAT, I LOVE STEVE BALDINO AND MAX GUNNERT AND THEY ARE THE ONLY TWO THAT TOUCH MY HEATING UNIT. Technician was very friendly and the service was thorough and completed in a timely manner. We are still waiting for a copy of the service report and would love to have it emailed to us.

Guy was good did good job , but he could be little more friendly didn’t feel like he was in good mood didn’t want to talk not very personable felt like he didn’t like me or the job , but did good job I Hope didn’t sit watch him so any way maybe he was having bad day

Starting using Petro December 2017 and got a great price for oil. Priced was fixed not to exceed a certain amount. Also scheduled a furnace maintenance appointment which was much cheaper than the company I was using to maintain my furnace.
