The technicians did a great job .They took their time to explain to me what they came to do, fixed the problem and gave further tips about how to get maximum usage of my appliance and how to save energy .I highly commend them for a good job done .

Excellent. Tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing.
Lonnie was one of the best technicians we have ever had come to the house! He was very professional but also very friendly and patient and answered all of the questions that we had. I will ALWAYS ask for Lonnie when I need a service technician again!!!
A tech came out on Friday to do maintenance, he did not do a very good job, I called and a very experienced tech came out the following day to correct the mess from the previous day. Everything is working just fine. Petro please do not make me call for services twice before the job is done, send experienced tech the first time to avoid repeat calls.
