I called in due to my furnace was not working. Julie took the call and immediately schedule a service appointment for the same day. She was very helpful. The technicain arrived and my heating was restored. I am very please with my service I receive from Petro. The customer service team is OUTSTANDING!!

Technician arrived early and was knowledgeable and honest about the work needed. Pleasant personality, bright and even remembered being at my home for heating service in the past. Great experience even though I learned the issue could occur again.
